Job summary

PSL is seeking a Server in a senior living environment to provide courteous dining service to residents. You will perform food preparation and serving duties while maintaining a clean dining area and kitchen in accordance with posted schedules.

The role emphasizes strong communication with residents and staff, good judgment, and dependable reliability within a team-focused culture. PSL offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
