Job summary

Grinders Above and Beyond in Canton, OH is seeking a part-time server to greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure a great dining experience. After training, you will know all menu items and assist guests with recommendations.

You will maintain an inviting tableside setup, manage the server bank and cash outs, and work as part of a team to deliver fast, accurate service. Flexible hours and benefits are offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• After training, you will know all menu items offered.
• Greet guests warmly and strive to provide outstanding dining experiences.
• Set up and arrange guest tables in assigned sections.
• Handle server cash bank, count change, and cash out guests.
• Must complete duties as directed by management.
• Team player and assist other staff as needed.
• Serve guests quickly and accurately, managing up to five tables per section.

• Be responsible for having a server bank, counting back change, and cashing out guests.
• Perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
