  • Executing refined dining techniques including wine presentation and service, coursed meals, table maintenance, and professional plate presentation.
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately while communicating special requests and dietary needs clearly with the Culinary and Bar teams.
  • Maintaining your tables with attention to detail through clearing, resetting, crumb service, and anticipating guest needs throughout the meal.

Education and Experience

Previous restaurant serving experience required.

Fine dining, upscale restaurant, hotel, or resort experience preferred.

Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, beer, and beverage pairing principles preferred.

Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service certifications or permits.

Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food safety certifications.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.

Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to operate a point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, balance, and transport trays, dishes, glassware, and service equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move safely throughout dining rooms, bars, private event spaces, and back‑of‑house service areas.

Ability to perform refined service techniques requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment while maintaining professionalism and exceptional guest service.

Must wear required personal protective equipment as required by job responsibilities.
