Job summary

Silver Mt Resort in Idaho is seeking a Server for Noah's Canteen in our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver friendly service, coordinate food and beverage orders, greet and seat guests, and build lasting relationships with patrons.

Hours are varied, seven days a week with weekend shifts. You will work closely with FOH and BOH staff to maintain smooth service. A food handler card must be obtained within 15 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Food & Beverage service in Noah's Canteen.
• Greet & seat customers with a smile at all times.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests.
• Track where guests are seated and serve food in a timely manner; work with FOH and BOH staff.
• Communicate with all team members in a kind and professional manner.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Wipe down tables.
• Count money and be responsible for drops.
• Complete all side work to restaurant standards; additional duties may be assigned.

Hours: Varied, Seven days a week, most weekends

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The overriding and most important function of each and every employee is to either directly (by interacting with the guest) or indirectly (by providing the key support role to the guest experience) strive to provide the finest in friendly service and quality products.
