Job summary

Dave & Buster’s in Sevierville, TN is hiring a part-time Server to provide exceptional service and a memorable guest experience. You will take orders, suggest menu items, and deliver food and drinks with accuracy while upholding safety standards.

The role requires great teamwork, a willingness to learn, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous food & beverage experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is welcome but not required.
• Must be 18+ and comply with alcohol certification requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, promoting a fun dining experience.
• Take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while observing safety and sanitation standards.
• Process payments and assist guests with the check-out.
• Maintain a clean, stocked server station and assist with side work.

As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions.
