Job summary

Olympia Fields Country Club is seeking a friendly Server to provide a five-star dining experience for members and guests across our three restaurants—1915, Stagg, and 73rd Hole. The role is seasonal, from May through September, with full-time hours, weekends and holidays required.

You will deliver timely, accurate orders, anticipate member needs, and work in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Prior server experience preferred.
• 2 years of food & cocktail service experience.
• Fluent in written and conversational English.
• Experienced computer user.
• Comfortable working inside and outside in a hot and noisy environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the member dining spaces.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 20 lbs.

SUMMARY

The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Club’s three restaurants – 1915, Stagg, & 73rd Hole. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders, and anticipating member needs.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

• This is a partial-year position from May through September.
• Able to work full-time hours during the season.
• Varying schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Daily shifts between 6:30 am - 10:00 pm.
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs.
