Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in the dining room and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise on pairings and accommodate preferences.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork; stay flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining area and uphold sanitation standards.
• Handle personal or medical information with confidentiality and address complaints promptly.
• Ensure dining room setup before and after service and assist with events as needed.
• Operate equipment such as coffee machines, beverage stations, and service tools.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions.
