Compass Group is seeking an Assistant Server for Parallax at Mammoth Mountain to support servers in dining room operations. The role pays $21 to $23 per hour and involves assisting with table settings and delivering orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Adheres to safety policies including glove and PPE guidelines when handling knives and hot equipment.
