Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Server for Mammoth Mountain. The role begins in November 2026 and pays $20 to $21 per hour. You will assist servers with dining room activities, table settings, and delivering orders, while maintaining HACCP standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to glove, oven mitts and footwear safety requirements.
