Bainbridge Senior Living on Bainbridge Island, WA, is seeking a Part Time Server to join our dining team. The role focuses on serving meals, delivering friendly, attentive service, and creating a warm, engaging experience for residents.

Shifts are 4pm to 7pm, with a part-time schedule; strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our residents.

• Proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Able to push, pull, carry and walk 80% of the work day.

Position Overview:

The Primary purpose of the Server is to serve meals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience is provided for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Engagement: Provide top notch dining services while creating positive interactions with our residents
• Team Player: Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure top level dining services are provided while working together to problem solve
• Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.
• Quality of Care: Ensure highest quality of dining services are provided to residents while meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Organizational Support and Professionalism: Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s goals and values and remaining professional at all times.
