Bainbridge Senior Living on Bainbridge Island, WA, is seeking a Part Time Server to join our dining team. The role focuses on serving meals, delivering friendly, attentive service, and creating a warm, engaging experience for residents.

Shifts are 4pm to 7pm, with a part-time schedule; strong English communication and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our residents.

Qualifications

• Proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Able to push, pull, carry and walk 80% of the work day.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Maintain positive interactions and teamwork with coworkers to ensure quality dining services.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and the community to foster an inclusive living environment.
• Ensure high quality dining services meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Follow all policies and procedures and support organizational goals and values.
