Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Server to deliver outstanding guest experiences in Lucy's #7 Burger Bar. You’ll present menu options, take orders, and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Bring a positive attitude, strong customer service, and at least one year of server experience. Familiarity with MICROS and Square POS is a plus; must be eligible to work in the U.S. and enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• One year server experience preferred.
• U.S. Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area.
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensure accuracy of guest checks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments with timely information.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Contribute to a fun, memorable guest experience.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As a Server, you will serve customers and extend great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, presenting order choices, and maintaining a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area in order to have a clean, presentable and attractive facility and to satisfy state and local health board requirements
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information in order to provide quality customer service
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

• You have one year server experience
• MICROS and Square POS Systems

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
