Job summary

Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a friendly Server 2 to provide attentive service in our café, breakrooms, and dining areas. You may support other venues as needed, with your primary venue identified after phone screening based on interest and availability.

Earn $17.70-$19.47/hour (no-tipping facility) with a schedule from 10:30am to 7:00pm, Sunday through Thursday, plus holidays. This role emphasizes hospitality, cleanliness, and welcoming interactions for residents and guests.

Qualifications

FOH dining experience required.
Customer service experience required.
Barista experience is a plus.
Dietary services/nutrition experience is a plus.

We’re Hiring: Server 2

Server 2 team members provide friendly, attentive service in our café, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room and Health Care Center (as Diet Aides). You may also support other venues as needed.

Your primary venue will be identified during the initial phone screening based on interest, experience, and availability.

Pay: $17.70-$19.47/hour (based on experience) Note: We are a no-tipping facility

Schedule: 10:30am-7:00pm Sunday through Thursday plus holidays are required
