Job summary

Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a Server 2 to provide friendly, attentive service in our café and dining areas. You may also support other venues as needed, with the primary venue identified during phone screening based on interest, experience, and availability.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months FOH dining experience, strong customer service skills, and a general understanding of dietary services. Barista experience and food safety certifications are a plus, with clearance requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months FOH dining experience
Customer service experience required
Barista experience is a plus
Experience in dietary services/nutrition is a plus
Food Handler’s Certification (within 30 days)
Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

Serve residents and guests with care and enthusiasm

We’re Hiring: Server 2

Server 2 team members provide friendly, attentive service in our café, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room and Health Care Center (as Diet Aides). You may also support other venues as needed.

Your primary venue will be identified during the initial phone screening based on interest, experience, and availability.

Pay

$17.70-$19.47/hour (based on experience) Note: We are a no-tipping facility
