Job summary

Friendship Village Tempe is hiring for Server 1 to support dining operations at our rooftop brewery and buffet. Your primary venue will be identified after screening based on interest and availability.

Pay ranges from $16.40 to $18.04 per hour (based on experience). Schedule includes Saturday through Wednesday with specific shifts and holidays required. We’re a no-tipping facility emphasizing hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Arizona Food Handler’s Card (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Provide excellent service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet, host, and seat residents and guests.
• Assist servers by bussing, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support buffet service or act as a Server Assistant in our rooftop brewery.
• Ensure a welcoming, well-organized dining environment.
• Help during special events and high-volume service times.

We’re Hiring: Server 1

Our Server 1 team members support dining operations at our rooftop brewery and buffet.

Your primary venue will be identified during the initial phone screening based on interest, experience, and availability.

Pay: $16.40 - $18.04/hour (based on experience) Note: We are a no-tipping facility

Schedule: (Saturday through Wednesday) Sundays 9:00am-3:30pm all other days 3:15pm-7:15pm plus holidays required

What You’ll Do:
