Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a SERVER LEAD for MercyOne Genesis Davenport Medical Center in Davenport, IA. The full-time role runs 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with rotating weekends/holidays. Prior customer service experience is required. Training is provided to help you excel in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean, safe environment for guests.
• Serves as the point person through which all work-related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company and client cultures.
• Demonstrates understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Addresses and corrects any complaints or issues promptly.
• Assists in selection and orientation of employees and oversees staff training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
