Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for full time and part time Patient Server positions at MercyOne Genesis Davenport Medical Center in Davenport, IA. Shifts run 7:00 am–3:30 pm and 10:30 am–7:00 pm with rotating weekends. Customer service experience is preferred but training is available.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, with benefits for eligible staff. We welcome candidates who can lift up to 100 pounds and communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience is highly preferred but not required; willing to train.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray assembly.
• Deliver and pick up trays, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed according to diet orders.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to meet patient food needs and maintain accuracy of diet prescriptions.
