Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for a full-time SERVER LEAD at Evangelical Homes of Michigan in Saline, MI. You will take and deliver food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and a clean, safe guest environment.

Requires prior server experience; lead experience preferred. Fixed pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Schedule is full-time with days/hours varying; benefits and training are provided to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience is required.
• Prior lead server experience preferred.
• Willingness to train and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture and client operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Addresses and corrects any complaints or issues promptly.
• Assists in selection and orientation of employees and oversees staff training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
