Job summary

Unidine is hiring for a full-time SERVER LEAD at Evangelical Homes of Michigan in Saline, MI. The role requires prior server experience and preferred lead server experience. Location is on-site with a fixed pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Schedule details vary and will be discussed during interview, with benefit options available for full-time staff. The server lead will oversee dining operations, train new associates, ensure menu knowledge, and address guest concerns to maintain a high-quality

• Demonstrates understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Addresses and corrects any complaints or issues promptly.
• Assists in selection and orientation of employees and oversees staff training.

Job Summary
