Job summary

Unidine in Saline, MI is hiring for a full-time Food Service Worker to prepare, present and serve meals in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform prep, handling produce, weighing ingredients, portioning and ensuring food safety and quality. Prior food service experience is required.

• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.

• Stores food in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and company service standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

• Location: EHM Evangelical Saline - 400 West Russell Street, Saline, MI 48176.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; 5 days a week. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekends. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior food service experience required.
• Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
