Restaurant Associates is hiring a Server Lead at 1898 Restaurant, 9601 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Location notes: online applications accepted only; schedule is full-time or part-time with hours that vary by interview.

The role requires one to two years of bartending experience and involves taking and delivering food and drink orders while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Pay range is $20.00–$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• One to two years of bartending experience required.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to train and acclimate new associates.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
