Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers in Dallas, Georgia is seeking an outgoing Server to provide an enjoyable guest experience. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! As a Server, your job responsibilities include providing an enjoyable experience for every guest, serving food and beverages promptly, and responsibly serving alcoholic beverages while creating a memorable experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Welcoming and guest service driven
• Must meet the required age for your state
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• 1-year serving experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Create a fun and memorable experience
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly
