Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center, located in Georgia, is seeking an energetic Server to provide an enjoyable guest experience, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure responsible service of alcohol where applicable.

We value guests-first service and are looking for someone who can work weekends and holidays, with about 1 year of serving experience. Join our family-owned team with perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year serving experience preferred.
• Must meet the required age for your state.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience.
• Know the menu inside and out.
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions.
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery and maintaining service levels.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! As a Server, your job responsibilities include; providing an enjoyable experience for every guest, serving food and beverages promptly to our guests, and providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages all while creating a memorable experience for our guests.

What we’re looking for:

• Welcoming and guest service driven
• Must meet the required age for your state
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• 1-year serving experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Create a fun and memorable experience
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary, and responding to Guest needs promptly
