Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Servers in Huntsville, AL. As a Server, you will provide an enjoyable guest experience, promptly serve food and beverages, and responsibly handle alcoholic service while ensuring a memorable visit.

We value welcoming, guest-service driven teammates who can work weekends and holidays. Prior serving experience is preferred, and opportunities for growth are available within our family-owned

Qualifications

• Must meet the required age for your state.
• 1-year serving experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience.
• Knowledge of the menu inside and out.
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions.
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments.
• Ensures ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly.
