Job summary

JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking friendly front-of-house team members for our Uptown Charlotte location. You must be available nights, weekends, and holidays and will greet guests, take orders, and ensure guests are looked after throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities include delivering food, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting guest feedback via online reviews. Training on JINYA Steps of Service is provided to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders using the JINYA Steps of Service.
• Uphold health code standards and maintain a clean dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink and food orders per JINYA Steps of Service.
• Attend to guests' needs in the dining area and stay attentive.
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests and ensure presentation.
• Assist with pre-bussing, wiping tables, and maintaining station cleanliness.
• Encourage reviews on Google and Yelp for feedback.

We are looking to add to our front-of-house team for our Uptown location. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position duties include:

• Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders using the JINYA Steps of Service
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
• 100% Proprt Uniform every shift
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
• Must participate in Japanese greetings and goodbye
• Soliciting Google and YELP reviews for operational feedback
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
• Following health code standards about the handling of food
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, and more
