Avanti's is hiring for servers in all stores. Join a vibrant team delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced environment. We offer flexible schedules, affordable benefits, and meal discounts on work days.

You will greet guests, answer questions about the business, and support coworkers to ensure a great dining experience. Prior experience is welcome but not required; must be at least 19 to serve alcohol.

What we offer:

• Hourly Rates starting at $9.00 Monday through Thursday and $11.00 Friday through Sunday plus tips
• Benefits offered include Dental, Vision, short-term and long-term disability, and medical insurance as long as average working hour thresholds are met. 20 hours for Dental, Vision and disability and 30 hours for medical insurance.

What you will be doing:

Pre-employment Requirement:

• Must consent to a background check
• Must obtain Food handler's license within 30 days of employment
• Must obtain Basset certification within 30 days of employment

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Work with hot and cold food items
