Job summary

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Seasonal Server Assistant for the Horseshoe. You will support the service team by maintaining a clean, organized dining environment, provide friendly service to members and their guests, and assist with table setup, bussing, and dining operations.

The wage ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and on-demand access for emergencies; parking, uniforms, and daily shift meals are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service or busser experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by setting up, bussing, and resetting tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and poolside areas.
• Support team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Complete side work and assist with opening and closing duties.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Server Assistant for the Horseshoe. In this role, you support the service team by helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. You provide friendly and attentive service to members and their guests while assisting with table setup, bussing, and overall dining operations.
