Job summary

Super Taco in Sacramento is seeking a Server to be the welcoming face of our vibrant restaurant. You will deliver memorable dining experiences, provide friendly and accurate service, and help create a positive hospitality environment.

As a frontline team member, you will greet guests, share menu knowledge, serve beverages, assist with catering and events, handle orders, and keep the dining area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a server or hospitality role preferred.
• Current food handler’s card required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Provide accurate information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Serve and prepare beverages including non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist with catering and events operations.
• Handle transactions, split checks, and take phone orders.
• Pack and verify takeout orders.
• Support delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train new front-of-house team members.
• Communicate guest concerns to management.
