GJELINA GROUP in Las Vegas is seeking a Server with 1–2 years of restaurant experience to deliver warm hospitality and a fine dining guest experience. You will know the menu, assist guests with recommendations, and work closely with bar and kitchen staff.
The role requires teamwork, a flexible schedule, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness to guests.
Hourly Pay Rate: $ Min Wage per hour + Tips (DOE and state)

The Server is the main point of contact with guest interaction. The Server maintains the attitude and energy of bistro service while cultivating a fine dining experience with exceptional food and beverage knowledge. Passion for hospitality and food leads their ability to navigate guest interaction and service with grace.

While performing the duties of this job, the position requires standing and walking for extended periods. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Must be able to climb sets of stairs repetitively throughout a shift. Ability to work with restaurant equipment and dishware (flatware, glasses, cutlery, plates, and dishes, etc.). Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, grasping, pinching, smelling, tasting, reaching/lifting above shoulders repetitively, using hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms to talk or hear. Ability to work with cleaning solutions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
