Job summary

Fairmont Austin, a luxury hotel in downtown Austin, seeks an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Ambassador to deliver exceptional service and warm, personalized attention to guests. You will assist with menu questions, beverage lists, and brand standards, ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for.

Responsibilities include engaging service, following outlet procedures, maintaining sanitation, and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; prior service experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of beverage lists and promotions is helpful.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies in food & beverage service.
