Job summary

Fairmont Austin is seeking a personable and hospitality‑minded team member to join our Food & Beverage team as a Server. You will engage guests, describe menu items, and ensure smooth service in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities include knowledgeable beverage and menu presentation, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork with colleagues to deliver iconic guest experiences. We offer paid time off, benefits, and growth opportunities within the Accor portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous service experience an asset
• Previous POS experience an asset, but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
