Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a restaurant server for its fine dining setting. You will present guest menu selections, know the cuisine, and engage guests with informed recommendations to create a memorable dining experience.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge, give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine, and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in elevated conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.

• Must have a minimum of two years of serving experience in a fine dining setting.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must have open availability afternoon to evening including weekends and holidays.
• Valid AZ Food Handlers License preferred.
