Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring a Full-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Independent Living community. This role focuses on delivering meals with compassion, assisting with menu selections, and creating a welcoming dining experience for residents.

The Evening Shift runs from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM with rotating weekends. We seek dependable team players who excel in customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Chesterfield dining room.
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care
