Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring a Full-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Independent Living community. This role emphasizes building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

The Evening Shift runs 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM with rotating weekends. Responsibilities include serving in the Chesterfield dining room, assisting with meal selections, ensuring dietary needs are met, and

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Chesterfield dining room
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care
