Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking a Part-Time Server to deliver outstanding dining service to residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehab community. This role emphasizes building relationships, exceptional customer service, and making a meaningful impact on older adults.

Openings include Day Shift 6:00am–2:00pm on weekends and Evening Shift 4:00pm–7:30pm. A $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and benefits such as a 403(b) with a 50% match up to 4% are available.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room
• Assist residents with meal selections while following dietary preferences and restrictions
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room
• Work with Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs
• Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehab community. Available Openings
