Job Description

Hourly: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Varies

As a Server in our community restaurant, you will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver the service expected in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with you!

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using our point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under 18, proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• A Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one, as required by state and/or county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation skills.
