Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is currently seeking a Full-time server to join our culinary services team, delivering excellent customer service to residents in our Bistro and fine dining settings.

The ideal candidate will work a mix of days and evenings, including weekends, and must be at least 16 years old. No experience is required, and training will be provided. Join us for a supportive, resident-focused work environment with great benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to residents picking up meals or dining in Bistro or fine dining restaurants.
• Serve residents and guests with full table service.
• Be available for afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents as they are picking up their meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants
• Assist in the packaging of to-go meals for residents
• Take meal orders for residents and their guests using the software on our tablets
• Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work (rolling utensils, cleaning silverware, glassware)
• Provide full table service to residents
• Maintain close relationship with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations
