Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a Full-time server to join our culinary services team. You will provide excellent customer service to residents both when they pick up meals and while dining in our Bistro or fine dining venues, with a mix of day and evening shifts including weekends.

This role offers starting pay of $17 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 403(b) with company matching, earned time off, holidays and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No experience required.
• Afternoons/evening and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents as they pick up meals or dine in the Bistro or fine dining restaurants.
• Assist in packaging to-go meals for residents.
• Take meal orders for residents and their guests using the software on our tablets.
• Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work (rolling utensils, cleaning silverware, glassware).
• Provide full table service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents as they are picking up their meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants
• Assist in the packaging of to-go meals for residents

• Provide full table service to residents
• Maintain close relationship with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations
