Job summary

RiverWoods is seeking servers to join our culinary services team at our New Hampshire communities. Per diem positions offer flexible hours, with potential afternoon shifts from 4pm to 8pm and opportunities around school or sports commitments.

You will provide excellent service to residents, handle meal orders on tablets, assist with to-go packaging, and maintain dining room operations to ensure satisfaction. Training is provided, and benefits include daily pay options where available.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents at pickup or dining areas.
• Assist in packaging to-go meals for residents.
• Take meal orders for residents and guests on tablets.
• Set and clear tables; complete opening/closing side work.
• Provide full table service to residents.
• Coordinate with Dining Room Managers to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents as they are picking up their meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants
• Assist in the packaging of to-go meals for residents
• Take meal orders for residents and their guests using the software on our tablets
• Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work (rolling utensils, cleaning silverware, glassware)
• Provide full table service to residents
• Maintain close relationship with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations
