Sedgebrook is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Server to join our dining team. No formal serving experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.

• Follow food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Interest in hospitality, service, and working with older adults.
• Willingness to learn – serving experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
