Job summary

Sedgebrook Senior Living is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Server to join our dining team. No formal serving experience is required—we will train the right person. This part-time role supports residents with warm, attentive service in the dining room.

Hours are 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. A sign-on bonus is offered, plus benefits like DailyPay, free meals, and more. Must be at least 16 and enjoy working with people.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn – training provided.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Availability to work Friday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive dining experience for residents and guests.
• Provide gracious, courteous, and attentive table service.
• Take orders, deliver meals, and respond to resident requests with care.
• Answer menu-related questions confidently (training provided).
• Set tables and maintain workstations in an organized, clean manner.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Follow food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
