Clarendale of Chandler is seeking a Server to join our Culinary Team in Chandler, AZ. The role requires delivering friendly, attentive service in a senior living community setting, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining dining room standards.

You should have 1-3 years of serving experience, be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card, and be available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, with no late nights. We offer full-time benefits, PTO, and DailyPay.

• Sophomore year of High School completed (16 years and older)
• 1–3 year experience serving in a country club, restaurant, or senior living community is appreciated
• Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card

Responsabilidades

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.
• Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure.
• Represent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
