Job summary

Rose Senior Living at Providence Park in Novi, MI is seeking a Server in the Culinary department for a full-time, non-exempt role. Pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

The position offers steady shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and reports to the Culinary Director. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, serving guests with etiquette, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Must pass pre employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain clean workstations.
• Take orders and provide gracious service.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items and provide requested items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Daily Responsibilities:
