Job summary

Rose Senior Living in Novi, MI, is seeking a full-time Dining Room Server to join our Culinary team. You will set tables, take orders, and serve meals with care, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across service areas.

The role reports to the Culinary Director and offers a daytime schedule (7:00AM-2:00PM) with non-exempt status. We provide benefits including DailyPay, 401(k), and job training for growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Must pass pre employment drug screen and criminal background check.

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order; take orders and serve items graciously.

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
