Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Evansville, IN seeks a friendly restaurant server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver items in a casino dining setting. You will use the POS system, promote specials, and provide attentive service while maintaining a clean dining area.

The role requires standing for 7+ hours, weekend/holiday availability, and adherence to Indiana Gaming regulations and internal controls. Competitive tips complement hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
• Knowledge of Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations and internal controls.
• Availability for regularly scheduled work, including holidays and weekends.
• All employees follow Company Service Standards model.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, maintain dining experience, deliver items, fulfill guest’s needs, upsell items, offer drinks and desserts, remove courses, refill drinks and replenish silverware.
• Take orders and send them to kitchen staff through the POS system.
• Know the menu, promotions, events, and other property information.
• Help keep the restaurant clean by performing side work as designated by on-duty manager.
• Accurately collect money for orders and issue receipts following POS procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties as designated by on-duty manager.
• Assist with casino restaurant tasks such as food prep, stocking, and cashier duties as needed.

• Takes orders and sends them to kitchen staff through the POS system.
• Has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events and other property information.
• Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant by completing the mandatory side work designated by manager on duty.
• Accurately collects money for orders served and follows point-of-sale procedures accurately and gives receipt to patron.
• Performs opening/closing duties as designated by the manager on duty.
• May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking, and cashier duties as needed.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
