White Lodging is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food & beverage team in Charlotte, NC. You will provide high-quality food and beverage service, engage guests with menu knowledge, and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred or training provided.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests—create personal connections through friendly conversation and menu knowledge.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
