White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team. You will provide attentive service, connect with guests, and help create a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous server/FOH experience preferred but not required.
• We will train the right candidate.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service with friendly conversation.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish of dining experience.
• Promote teamwork in a friendly, safe, and professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, and digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
