Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Server to greet guests, take orders, and ensure an excellent dining experience. You will responsibly handle orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming space.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior server experience and POS familiarity are preferred, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within the Great Wolf Campus.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical calculations for cash handling.
• Ability to handle various transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and present menus.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen and ensure special requests are met.
• Assist in maintaining dining area and table settings.
• Process payments and issue receipts or bills to guests.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
