Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• As a Server, you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
