Job summary

IHOP in Matthews, NC is seeking a friendly Server to provide courteous and efficient service. You will handle cash, keep work areas clean and stocked, and maintain the high hospitality standards of the restaurant.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in casual dining, and a current state-certified alcohol/food certification is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with opportunities for growth within IHOP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
